PAR Puzzles had made these acrylic maps where each state is a piece back in the 1940’s and this puzzle was showcased in a Good Housekeeping article in August of 1944 (thanks Kali). The challenge was up to our client’s to bet a friend or family member that they couldn’t assemble it in their own chosen amount of time. (Hawaii is not included as they would be acrylic sawdust sprinkled in :) Rhode Island is small enough!) Enjoy and make sure to get Michigan correct. It’s only tougher when you don’t know which way is up or down. Good luck!
